1. Agreement to Terms

CloudHire is a remote job portal that connects employers with job seekers worldwide. We provide a platform for posting, discovering, and applying to remote job opportunities across all industries.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• CloudHire reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Job Seekers

As a job seeker on CloudHire, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile and applications
• Use the Platform solely for legitimate job search purposes
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity
• Not apply to positions you are not genuinely interested in

CloudHire does not guarantee employment or interview opportunities as a result of using the Platform.

5. Employers & Job Posters

As an employer or recruiter, you agree to:

• Post only legitimate, real job opportunities
• Not post misleading, fraudulent, or discriminatory job listings
• Comply with all applicable employment laws in your jurisdiction
• Not use candidate data for any purpose other than recruitment
• Take full responsibility for the content of your job postings

CloudHire reserves the right to remove any job listing that violates these Terms without notice or refund.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from CloudHire without prior written consent
• Post spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Intellectual Property

All content on CloudHire — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of CloudHire and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Third-Party Content

Job listings on CloudHire are provided by third-party employers. CloudHire does not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the accuracy or legitimacy of any job posting. We strongly encourage users to conduct their own due diligence before applying or engaging with any employer.

9. Payment & Subscriptions

Certain features of CloudHire may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide valid and current payment information
• Authorize CloudHire to charge your payment method on a recurring basis if applicable

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

CloudHire is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudHire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloudHire, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
